Corn on the cob, is considered by some etiquette books, as one of the most difficult foods to eat gracefully. Luckily, the ones at The Survey Co, are served with corn holders. Smothered in whipped feta cheese and a house made chipotle sauce, I can honestly say, it really is like an explosion of flavours. You have the sweet corn contrasting with the creamy salty feta and the spices in the chipotle. As usual, it's a secret recipe, but maybe they could consider selling bottles of it?
Best consumed ... without talking. So you can grab a second piece before someone else does!
