Open at 7:00AM 7 days a week, you can dine in at Half Time Tea Bar or order takeaway. 蛋餅 is a traditional breakfast dish and here you can have it plain or with bacon. The dish consists of a flour crepe/pancake that is pan fried with an egg mixture. For this particular one, they've also added shallots and bacon. With crispy edges and a chewy centre, this makes for a filling breakfast. The bacon adds the slight salty meaty flavour to round out the dish. Make sure that you have it with their special 'garlic soy sauce'!
Best consumed ... with a cup of warm soy milk.
