The usual tortilla of a quesadilla, is replaced with a light and fluffy omellete, to give this dish a bit of a twist. This is then generously topped with the house-made beef & chorizo con carne, which has just enough spice for a bit of a kick. Add to that fresh avocado, sour cream and grated cheese and this makes for a satisfying feed. The dish does veer towards the heavier side though, so if you're popping by at 8:00am, make sure your stomach is prepared! Maybe a few small kumatoes would be a nice addition to the dish~
